No worries, non of that over here. You are in the right place.
Why I’m starting this newsletter
I just turned 31, and last year, I made a huge change. I packed up my life in Belgium and moved to Ireland, where I knew absolutely no one. I wanted a fresh adventure, a new challenge, and a chance to shake things up. It was terrifying, exciting, and exactly what I needed.
But that wasn’t the only change I was planning to make.
For years, I have been working a full-time corporate job, but my passion for health, fitness, and longevity has grown so much that I have decided to steer my life in a new direction.
Right now, I’m working toward becoming a certified Personal Trainer, not just for myself, but because I want to help other people, people with busy jobs, social lives, and families to get stronger, fitter and overall healthier in a way that is sustainably for the long term.
